About

If you are looking for a genuine, well educated, eclectic person who will work in your best interest to make the real estate process as transparent and stress-free as possible, then meet Sarah. Born in Sudbury, and raised in Thunder Bay, Sarah is passionate and knowledgeable about our community and brings her positive, enthusiastic attitude to work with her every day.

On top of being a REALTOR® who graduated from the OREA Real Estate College as a Real Estate Salesperson, Sarah holds a Masters of Natural Resource Management (MNRM) from the University of Manitoba, a Bachelor of Education in Outdoor Experiential Environmental Education (BEd) from Lakehead University, and an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies (HBES) from the University of Waterloo.
Sarah began her career working seasonally for Ontario Parks, which reinforced her great love of Northern Ontario and her passion for the local landscape and ecology of the area. In this role she was constantly interacting with both tourists and locals, providing information on all that Thunder Bay and the surrounding area has to offer. In the off season Sarah taught Secondary School for the Lakehead Public School Board. After completing her Masters, Sarah went on to spend eight years as the Municipal Sustainability Coordinator for the City of Thunder Bay, only leaving this position to spend more time with her two young children and to focus on real estate which had always been a great interest.

Sarah and her husband have fourteen years of experience as real estate investors, and successfully manage several properties in Thunder Bay.
Sarah is involved in her community and has Board experience with the Ontario Environment Network Steering Committee, Environment North, and Leadership Thunder Bay. She currently sits on the Board of the Thunder Bay Art Gallery, and is a member of the Municipality of Shuniah’s Committee of Adjustment. She has a passion for the arts and is a regular contributor writing for the Walleye Magazine. Getting exercise is important to her too, and you can find Sarah instructing fitness classes at the Canada Games Complex twice a week, between appointments.

It is important for Sarah to give back to her community. A portion of all sales revenue goes toward local charities of her choice. Whether you are looking for residential real estate, or an investment property, Sarah will have a lot of great knowledge to share, from local schools and parks, to the best places to eat in the neighbourhood, to how to write a good rental agreement. Get this kind, compassionate person working for you, and you’ll also make a new friend!
